About the position
Growth marketing normally means going from nothing to something. At Avinode it means going from something to something HUGE.
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager’s prime objective is to grow lead generation and customer engagement for the Avinode Group. This role involves planning, developing, testing and analyzing a variety of digital marketing strategies that drive growth in customer acquisition and retention. The Growth Marketing Manager will own and manage our social media strategy and web content, and formulate social campaigns that generate results, across a variety of channels.
Analyzing data is central to this position. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager creates positive change by interpreting and implementing improvements based on data- and target group insights.
In your role as the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, your driving goal will be to increase the number and quality of incoming leads each year. This calls you to actively design, develop, test and analyze strategies for converting, keeping and engaging customers. Importantly, you are a data enthusiast. Defining, measuring and reporting on success metrics for paid, social, and email campaigns is second nature to you.
You are also a fantastic collaborator. In your role you will work closely with the other marketing team members to identify and amplify strategies that drive the greatest return. Your support will help the marketing team achieve results from all activities, from trade shows to the events we host and beyond. You will also contract and oversee designers, developers and consultants on projects and functions requiring outside resources.
Internally, you champion online and digital best practices and knowledge, encouraging continuous improvement and experimentation. We’re an open-minded bunch! And while driving the development of our brand websites, social media accounts and company newsletters, you’re great at maintaining a consistent tone of voice and harmony with brand guidelines.
