Q: Why should I attend Avinode Academy?

A: Avinode Academy is a full-day conference, plus training sessions where you’ll take away actionable insights and tips to implement at your company. Q: Who can attend Avinode Academy?
A: Avinode Academy is a networking event for Avinode, SchedAero and PayNode members.

Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: As many as you want, send the whole team!

Q: Besides the conference, what does the ticket include?

A: Your ticket not only includes access to the full-day conference and pre-conference training sessions, but also the cocktail reception and light food, lunch, two snacks and dinner. Attendees also get access to our networking party and ice breaker activities.

Q: What time do I need to be there?

A: Avinode Academy starts at 14:00 with optional training sessions and the evening cocktail reception and continues with full-day conference and networking party. We will make the full agenda available closer to the conference.

Q: How should I plan my travel?

A: We recommend that all members attend training sessions starting on Wednesday at 14:00 (optional), followed by the cocktail reception at 19:00. Make sure to stay long enough to enjoy the networking party the evening of Thursday. Some decide to make it a long weekend in Miami beach – we can offer an extended our room rate at The Edition if you choose to do so.

Q: Where is Avinode Academy?

A: All activities for Avinode Academy will take place at The Edition (2901 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140).

Q: Where should I stay?

A: All Avinode Academy activities will take place at the Miami Beach Edition Hotel. Our special room rate can be secured when purchasing an early bird ticket.

Q: I have special dietary needs; can Avinode accommodate?

A: We will do our best! Just let our team know so we can plan accordingly (dairy-free, gluten-free, halal, kosher, vegan, etc.).

Q: Will you record Avinode Academy? Can I record something?

A: We will record Avinode Academy and all attendees will have access to videos and slides after the event. We ask that attendees do not record the sessions themselves, but encourage all members to share their experience. #AvinodeAcademy

Q: I cannot attend Avinode Academy; will you make material available?

A: Some materials from Avinode Academy will be available to all Avinode, SchedAero and PayNode members, but the full content is reserved for attendees – make sure you’re there!

Q: Does Avinode Academy have a dress code?

A: Avinode Academy is a professional networking event; business casual clothing is recommended.

Q: Can I bring my spouse, partner or friend to Avinode Academy?

A: Avinode Academy is a member-only event and paid admission is required. However, many choose to make it a long weekend in Miami to enjoy with loved ones after the conference.
